So while outsourcing jobs in China may be bad for the country's economy because it denies the opportunity for its people to have a job, it may allow the company to expand and therefore create new jobs in its mother country.

As an outsourcing company, you can outsource almost anything you want, including customer service, basic assembly line work, web designers, programmers, health services, package delivery, food services and many more. You can also choose to hire applicants that have a certain amount of experience and qualification in a specific field or you could go ahead and hire inexperienced laborers and pay them to be trained and then have them work for you for a lower wage than you'd normally have to pay to an experienced worker.
Outsourcing is a very wide spread practice that many companies these days need to consider in order to survive. It not only saves them money and exempts them of many taxes, but they're free to hire as many people as they want for as long as they need to.
